If you are a “pickup and delivery” customer, you may have never visited our attractive counter facility at our main plant on the corner of 39th and Troost in midtown Kansas City. Many Arrow customers choose to bring in their garments rather than having them pickup up. Reasons given are: they enjoy the especially helpful and professional personnel in our counter customer service department. Others say that they just like getting out of the house.
Check us out, soon. And while you are at it, please consider looking through your closet for a good “give-away” coat for our “Coats for Kids” campaign in conjunction with KMBZ Radio. In the lobby (see pix below) we have a collection box. Last year Arrow and others collected, cleaned and delivered to metro area school districts over 11,000 coats for children. Please help out if you can. We’ll see you there!!!
