Forever Grateful, Kurt, Kathy and Matt M. - Kansas City
"You can't improve on perfection. You took us under your wing and made us feel like family as we made our way through racks of belongings (after our fire). Taking me to see how the process worked made me even more appreciative of your hard work. Please don't change a thing (in the way you do business). It's a wonderful business. I believe Cindy D. with Allstate sent you to us. Whoever sent you, we will be eternally grateful. I will be honored to let everyone know of the understanding, personal and professional service you provided during such a difficult time. I truly hope no one would ever need to endure this. But the compassion you showed to our family will surely be rewarded to you and each of your hard-working employees."

Here's a pix of Arrow's newest plant, just opened a couple of months ago. The address is 1330 Washington Blvd., Kansas City, KS 66102. It's about 22,000 sq. ft. and is designed to do all the processing for Arrow Fire & Water Restoration - www.arrow-fire.com - Blanc Plume Fine French Laundry - www.BlancPlume.com and Arrow Drapery -www.ArrowDrapery.com
The Open House at the new plant located at 1330 Washington Blvd., Kansas City, KS 66102, was a lot of fun for the many Arrow employees, customers and vendors who attended. The afternoon was highlighted by a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Shown to the right doing the honors were: Jackie Gershon, Connie Mosier BlancPlume Division Manager, Stephanie Gershon, Bruce Gershon wielding the giant scissors, Connie Kenig Arrow Fire Restoration Division Manager, Bob Gershon and Arrow Drapery Division Manager, Brad Gershon. Our thanks to all that attended. If you were unable to attend and would like a plant tour, contact Glenda Davis at: 816-365-1015 or by email: glenda@arrow-care.com As some of you already know, Arrow is opening another plant to provide additional capacity for our growing business.
Remodeling of the building located at 1333 Washington Blvd., in central Kansas City, KS has been been underway for the last four months. Arrow's divisions that will be located in the new facility are:
As soon as the move-in is complete, we will post some photographs of the facility. Also, within a couple of weeks you'll be able to visit and take a tour. Several score party-goers attended the 5th and final tailgate sponsored by Arrow Fire and Water Restoration Dry Cleaning. The review of those attending was that it was "a win!"....giving Arrow a 5 & 0 season of Arrow's Arrowhead parking lot fun and food. We were very pleased to receive from Hy-Vee grocers, a major Chiefs sponsor, their Chiefs/HyVee Tailgate of the Week award. HyVee put us up on the Jumbotron. We were all very proud of the home team as it reached an 8 and 4 season yesterday at the stadium, with high hopes for an excellent break-out season under the new Chief's management, staff and players. Brad Gershon, Arrow marketing, said "this was so much fun this year. I'm sure that we will be doing it next year also. Our many thanks to our customers, suppliers and vendors who joined us this season for the fun and games." So, now it's in the hands of the Chiefs to continue their new-found and most-appreciated... WINNING WAYS!!!. Who could ask for a more exciting event? Chief's home opener, Monday Night Football. Arrow's Fire and Water Restoration division sponsored a tailgate party prior to the game for customers and vendors in the trade! The atmoshpere was energetic and excited as Arrow wanted the opportunity to "schmooze" with good friends and customers. Arrow Fire and Water Restoration's big box truck was easy to spot in the tailgating madness, and it was altogether a great evening for fun and football. Since then the Chief's have won their second game, making them 2-0 for the first time since 2005!!! Arrow is having another tailgate party prior to the third game of the season this Sunday the 26th. Everyone will be lifting their bloody mary's and breakfast biscuits in a toast to our revitalized home team. If you are at the game, please come by our tailgate...9 a.m. until kick-off at noon...to say hello. We'd love to see you, and Go Chiefs! In October, 2009 the Arrow Fire and Water Restoration Division announced a new program in partnership with The Salvation Army. This program was designed to benefit both Arrow customers along with those in need through the Salvation Army. When Arrow is called in to clean the clothes, shoes and other household fabric items for a client who has experienced either a fire or a flood, many times those customers have clothing or other items in their home that they no longer needed or wanted. Arrow came up with a plan to help out everyone! Arrow's Fire and Water division now picks up those no longer needed clothing items, cleans them at no cost to either the the customer, the insurance company or The Salvation Army. Those items are then delivered to The Salvation Army, and the homeowner receives a tax deductible receipt for their donation. The Arrow Fire and Water Restoration division is proud to announce that after only 2 months into the program, they delivered 32 bags of clothing to The Salvation Army on December 29th, 2009. Thank you so much to our Arrow customers who gave to those in need, during their own time of need! |
